Browsing While Downloading Kills Firefox Options

While trying to hit back or browse to a new site Firefox immediately exits with no messages or anything.

Steps to Repro:

1. Go to a sample (I was trying the Ogre Smoke Effects demo) project.
2. Click the back button or click the 3dJam logo.
3. Observe the browser crashing out.


I am running Firefox 3.0 on Windows XP with Service Pack 2.
